but most importantly we are friends.

This store began as many things ... a florist, a witch, and a dream.

Well, our dreams need air to breathe and room to grow, with or without us.

We are the caretakers of dreams, we are not chosen or selected because we carry some special things no one else carries, we are simply the ones to jump on the action button and press START.

​

This space in rural Didsbury, AB, has also been many things. Today it's a metaphysical shop run by me, Tracy. I am a go-getter and a witch, a powerful combination if properly motivated - which I am. (see what I did there?)

The mission of this store is to be a Safe Space for anyone and everyone who does not live life conventionally and enjoys the Magical and the Spiritual. We carry as many of the tools, education, fun gifts, and oddities as one may want when we live life outside of conventional spirituality.

The Cunning Folk Pagan Emporium also carries 80% Alberta local artists, crafters, and Makers of All The Things. We are proud of that, and we are proud of the people who are brave enough to step out and BE artists!

Who owns The Cunning Folk Pagan Emporium?

​

Hi! My name is Tracy Loeppky, and I own this magical space.

I have lived in Didsbury for the better part of 12 years. Both my sons went to school here and I consider it my home.

​

I am a professional psychic and "reader", life coach, and witch. I am of eastern European descent and that is where my practice mainly abides within the folklore and folk magic of those areas.
I also have my masters in both Usui and Violet Flame Reiki. I am a clairvoyant, and medium who has seen, heard, and conversed with spirits since I can remember. I was also raised in the Christian church, which gives me a particularly unique insight into the world of religion and beliefs.

I am also a veteran of the retail world, having most of my career in the service and retail industries. I have even dipped my toes in website and graphics, marketing, and event planning. I'm "well-rounded" as far as my experience and work background go.

I truly hope that all of you who visit me and my store find what you need, be it a product or a conversation. I'm here for all of it!
